strength - The sports specific exercises performed help increase the overall strength and stability of the client. working towards strengthening the stabilizing muscle groups, the clients will be able to better hold their posture during their swing, achieve a greater sense of balance, and gain more distance off the tee
core - Working all the core muscles helps with maintaining spine angle as well as preventing lower back injuries due to overuse. The stronger the core the better chance the client will perform at a higher level.
flexibility - The stretches performed will help the client's range of motion during the swing. Increased flexibility will also prevent injury and increase overall performance.
nutrition - More so than ever, research has shown how important proper nutrition is in relation to sports performance and overall health. Golfusion™ teaches its clients the fundamentals nutritional guidelines needed to perform at a higher level and to improve ones overall wellness.
